Is this holster comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes, its minimalist design and smooth edges are built for comfort. The 0.080″ kydex offers a good balance of rigidity and weight, and the wide clip distributes pressure on the belt. As with any new holster, we recommend a short break-in period to adapt.
How is the retention out of the box?
Retention is typically firm from the factory for safety. Our staff recommends carrying it unloaded for a day or two, or performing about 50 practice draws, to help smooth the kydex-to-pistol fit. After this brief break-in, you can fine-tune the retention screw to your preference.
Will the pattern wear off?
No. The pattern is not a surface print; it is a sublimated dye that permeates the kydex material. It is highly resistant to scratches, UV fading, and wear from daily use, maintaining its appearance over time.
