Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Beyond manufacturer warranties, Morphdirect offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Products that arrive damaged during shipping
- Items that do not match their product description
- Components that fail under normal use within the warranty period
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
How to File a Claim
