Does this slide come with an optics cover plate?
No, this slide is sold as a standalone unit. It does not include a cover plate, mounting screws, or iron sights. You will need to source those separately based on your chosen optic and sight setup.
Is the finish durable?
The cerakote finish is applied to industry standards for wear and corrosion resistance. It’s designed for regular use, but like any finish, holster wear and heavy abrasion will affect it over time. The dark base is a nitride treatment under the cerakote for added protection.
Will this work with my aftermarket barrel?
In most cases, yes. This slide is machined to standard Glock 19 Gen 3 specifications. It should function with quality aftermarket barrels that meet those same specs. We always recommend checking for proper lock-up and performing a full function test with your specific components.
