Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live animals, Morph Direct does not accept returns. However, we stand behind the health and quality of every reptile we sell with our comprehensive live arrival guarantee.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Every reptile purchased from Morph Direct is covered by our 100% live arrival guarantee. If your animal does not arrive alive, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the animal and the unopened packaging. We will either ship a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund.

Health Guarantee

If you receive a reptile with undisclosed health issues, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the concern. We will work with you on a resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the animal has been packaged for shipment. Once an animal has been packaged, the order cannot be cancelled.
