How does the Amel (LMG) trait affect breeding?
The Amelanistic (LMG) gene is recessive. Breeding this gecko to a normal will produce 100% heterozygous (carrier) offspring. To visually express the amel trait, it must be paired with another amelanistic or heterozygous animal.
What is the current feeding schedule?
This juvenile is feeding reliably on gut-loaded crickets and small dubia roaches. We recommend offering appropriately sized insects every other day, dusted with a quality calcium supplement containing D3.
