Your Questions Answered
Is this gecko a good eater?
Yes. All our adult geckos are established on a diet of gut-loaded insects. We feed prior to shipping to ensure they are in good condition for transit.
How is the gecko shipped?
We ship via overnight courier with a live arrival guarantee. The gecko is secured in a breathable deli cup with substrate, inside an insulated box. Please note: while the animal itself is perfect, we’ve observed the outer shipping box can be flimsy; the primary container inside remains secure.
What does ‘Amel’ or ‘Albino’ mean for this gecko?
Amel (amelanistic) means the gecko lacks black melanin pigment. This results in the bright tangerine, yellow, and white coloration. Like all albino reptiles, it has light-sensitive eyes and should not be kept under bright, full-spectrum UV lighting.
