No. This is an unserialized, 80% style frame. It is the builder's responsibility to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the manufacturing and serialization of firearms prior to purchase and completion.
What tools are required for completion?
Completion requires basic gunsmithing tools. You will need a drill press or hand drill, appropriate drill bits and end mills for polymer, and files or sandpaper for finishing the fire control pocket and pin holes. Jigs are available separately.
Is the grip texture overly aggressive?
