Your Questions Answered
Does this slide come with internals or a barrel?
No. This is for the slide only. You will need to transfer your existing upper parts kit (firing pin, extractor, etc.) and barrel/recoil spring assembly from your factory slide.
Is the optic cut direct-mount, or do I need an adapter plate?
The cut is for the RMSc footprint (Shield RMS, Sig Romeo Zero, etc.). Optics with that footprint mount directly. For optics like the Holosun 407K/507K, you will need a thin adapter plate due to different recoil lug positions.
How does the “Hypo Trans” trait affect the animal?
“Hypo” refers to hypomelanism, reducing black pigment. “Trans” (translucent) means the scales have less guanine, increasing light transmission. This combination in the Lava Red line produces cleaner, brighter reds and oranges without the typical dark markings.
