Your Questions Answered
What does “Hypo Witblits” mean?
This animal carries two specific genetic traits. “Hypo” (Hypomelanism) reduces black pigment, leading to brighter colors. “Witblits” is a pattern gene that significantly reduces or eliminates dark markings and patterns, creating a very clean, often solid-colored dragon. Together, they produce an animal with vibrant, unmarked coloration.
How is the animal’s health guaranteed?
Every dragon undergoes a mandatory quarantine period upon arrival at our facility. They are examined and treated for parasites if necessary, and are only listed for sale once they are consistently feeding and showing robust health. We provide a health guarantee for the first 7 days, provided the setup guidelines we provide are followed.
What setup do you recommend?
A minimum 40-gallon breeder tank for juveniles, upgrading to a 4’x2’x2′ enclosure for adults is essential. Proper heating with a basking spot of 105-110°F, a cool side around 80°F, and a high-output UVB tube light covering 2/3 of the enclosure are non-negotiable for long-term health and coloration development.
