Does this slide include internal parts or a barrel?
No. This is a stripped slide only. It is designed to use your existing Glock 19 Gen 3-5 internal components (channel liner, extractor, striker, etc.) and barrel. This allows you to upgrade your slide while retaining your proven, broken-in parts.
Is the optic cut direct-mount or does it require a plate?
The cut is a direct-mount for the Trijicon RMR and Holosun 407C/507C/508T footprint. No adapter plate is needed, providing a lower, more secure optic installation.
How does the weight compare to a factory slide?
Our scale shows 4.3 oz. A factory Glock 19 slide weighs approximately 5.8 oz. The 1.5 oz reduction in reciprocating mass can contribute to reduced muzzle flip and faster sight recovery. As our staff notes, “This is the model we personally use in our shop demo Glock. Says enough.”
