What does ‘het. Snow’ mean for breeding?
This gecko carries one copy of the recessive Snow gene. To produce visual Snow offspring, it must be paired with another gecko that is also at least heterozygous for Snow. Breeding two hets gives a statistical chance of 25% visual Snow, 50% het. Snow, and 25% normal offspring.
How is the temperament of this line?
Consistently calm. Fat tail geckos are generally docile, and animals from this breeder have shown reliable, handleable temperaments. They are less skittish than some leopard gecko lines, making them a good choice for keepers who enjoy interactive pets.
