Do you ship year-round?
Yes, we ship year-round with appropriate temperature controls. During extreme weather, we may place temporary holds to ensure animal safety.
Is the animal in the photo the exact one I will receive?
Yes. Every animal is individually photographed. The animal you see in the listing is the exact animal shipped to you.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for orders over $300. Contact us for wholesale inquiries and breeder pricing.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns. However, our Live Arrival Guarantee covers any issues that occur during shipping.
How do I know the genetics/morph of my animal?
All morph information is listed in the product description, including known het genes. We work directly with breeders who maintain detailed breeding records.
What age are the animals?
Each listing specifies whether the animal is a baby, juvenile, sub-adult, or adult. Baby animals have been feeding consistently for at least 4 weeks before being listed.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to transit time concerns.
What if the weather is too hot or cold to ship?
We monitor temperatures along all routes. If conditions are unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Local pickup is available for customers in the Central Florida area. Select Local Pickup at checkout.
